Small works of art are made from the unique, easy-to-shape marzipan paste. The Russian tsar even had life-size marzipan geese delivered to him by Niederegger.
Still today, many marzipan figurines are lovingly created by hand – perfect for decorating or as sweet gifts for hosts.
