| Niederegger Cappuccino Cocktail – 2 glasses |

| Preparation: |
Reserve a bit of the cappuccino powder for decoration and dissolve the rest of the powder in hot milk, then leave to cool. Whip the cream lightly and place in the refrigerator. Pour the cappuccino milk into a cocktail shaker and add Cuandolé, vodka and six tablespoons of crushed ice. Shake well and then strain into a martini glass. Add one tablespoon of crushed ice to each, drip cream over a spoon into the drink and serve with mocha beans and a dusting of the remaining cappuccino powder.
