| Niederegger Gentlemen’s Dream – 4 servings |

| Preparation: |
Prepare the vanilla pudding with milk and sugar according to the package instructions. Reserve four teaspoons of chocolate powder and stir the remaining chocolate powder into the warm pudding. Cover the pudding with cling film and leave to cool. Chop up the chocolate and stir it into the pudding along with the rum. Whip the cream until stiff and slowly fold half of it into the pudding. Place alternate layers of the Gentlemen's Dream and the rest of the whipped cream in four dessert glasses and chill in the refrigerator. To serve, sprinkle the Gentlemen’s Dream with the remaining chocolate powder and chocolate shavings, if desired.

3 sachets of Niederegger drinking chocolate
100 g dark chocolate
3 tbsp rum
2 cartons of cream (à 200 ml)
