Peach Lassie
 
Preparation:
Reserve two teaspoons of chocolate powder for decorating and mix the rest with the milk according to the package instructions. Let cool. Drain the peach halves, slice them and puree them with cream, ice-cold chocolate milk and the spices. Fill two tall glasses with the peach lassie, adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each one, and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate powder. If desired, serve with fresh peach or nectarine slices.

2 sachets of Niederegger drinking chocolate
150 ml milk
1 tin of peach halves (420 ml)
100 ml cream
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
2 pinches of ground cardamom
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
