In addition to producing the world-famous Niederegger marzipan, Johann Georg Niederegger put his confectionery skills to the manufacture of exquisite truffles. To this day, the pralines and chocolate bars are still made in Lübeck to the traditional recipes.

Created from a perfect blend of ingredients, Niederegger truffles consist of creamy fillings coated with crisp dark or smooth whole milk chocolate. Here too, we take care to use only high-quality raw ingredients.

LITTLE MASTERPIECES

At Niederegger, the traditional art of confectionery is cultivated to this day. The in-house confectioners are highly skilled at creating little masterpieces out of top-quality ingredients. Our chocolates are still partially handcrafted.

The walnuts are individually placed on the chocolates by hand.
The truffles are rolled by hand over a wire rack to give them their spiky appearance.
